CONCLUDING REMARKS

The founder believes that Vision 2030 is the most comprehensive economic reform package in Saudi Arabia’s history.
It represents :

  • A blueprint for privatizing the entire sectors,
  • Raising non-oil revenues, 
  • Creating jobs, 
  • Cutting subsidies, 
  • Courting investors at home and abroad, 
  • Streamlining government services, and going public with the national oil company among hundreds of other initiatives.

As such, the Vision needs to be fully targeted in the partnership strategy/business plan and programs. As a matter of fact, the selection of the companies to be represented in the partnership ought to be in line with the 8 sectors emphasized by the 2030 Vision.

The founder strongly believes that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia seeks to continue being an oasis of stability in the Middle East, and the main driver of the economic growth in the region (despite its current instability) 

Saudi Arabia and the US maintain strong economic and commercial relations supported by common interests. In fact, the US is one of the top partners of the Kingdom ever since bilateral relations between the two countries were established over eight generations ago.

Today, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the largest stable economy in the Middle East, and is characterized by its active membership in the major economic Group of 20, in addition to its membership in the World Trade Organization, and having the largest foreign reserves on the basis of per capita average.

The founder, individuals and firms within the partnership are expected to jointly work with both governments and their agencies, to deepen and diversify the existing mutually beneficial economic relations. The partnership ought to share the common goals of the two nations and their peoples. By working together to reach those goals, the partnership, can support the creation of jobs, the growth of the two economies, as well as assisting citizens realize new opportunities and enter a new era of shared prosperity. 

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States of America have a longstanding relationship dating back to the 1930s, when American businessmen first traveled to the Kingdom to help develop the country’s natural resources. Today, the Saudi-U.S. relationship is stronger than ever.
